Gry Rekreacyjne (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Block Break game handles information on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Block Break allows you to enter a player name and records game information such as:
• player name;
• selected game level;
• score;
• rating or number of stars.
This information is stored only locally on your device and is used to display the in-game high-score table. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
You may use a nickname or the default player name instead of providing your real name.
Block Break displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC.
To display advertisements, manage user consent, prevent fraud, measure advertising performance, and improve the reliability of advertising services, the App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform SDK.
Depending on the user’s location, privacy choices, device settings, and consent status, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or displayed using technical ad delivery only.
For more information about how Google processes information, please review:
• Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
• the device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate its approximate location;
• device and application identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) when permitted;
• information about the App, device model, operating system, language, and screen configuration;
• advertising data, including advertisements shown to the user and interactions with advertisements;
• product interaction data, such as App launches, taps, and video views;
• diagnostic information, crash logs, performance data, and information required to detect fraud or abuse;
• consent status and advertising privacy preferences.
We do not directly receive information that identifies the user by name, email address, or postal address through the advertising SDK.
The exact information processed depends on the user’s consent choices, device configuration, location, and Google’s advertising configuration.
Advertising-related information may be processed for the following purposes:
• displaying advertisements;
• selecting personalized or non-personalized advertisements;
• measuring advertising performance;
• analytics and product improvement;
• preventing fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising traffic;
• maintaining the security and reliability of advertising services;
• complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
Where required by applicable law, Block Break uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent before advertising-related information is processed.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions may be asked to choose whether their information may be used for personalized advertising and related purposes.
On supported Apple devices, the App may also request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier or allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent the user from playing Block Break. The App may continue to display non-personalized, limited, or contextual advertisements.
Users can review or change available advertising privacy choices by selecting the “Privacy” button within the App. App Tracking Transparency permission can also be changed in the device’s Settings application.
Advertising-related information may be shared with or processed by Google and advertising technology providers selected through Google AdMob.
These providers act according to their own privacy policies and may process information in countries outside the user’s country of residence. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international data transfers.
We do not sell personal information directly. However, certain advertising activities may be treated as “sharing,” “selling,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws. Users can exercise the available privacy choices through the consent form displayed in the App.
Player names, selected difficulty levels, scores, ratings, and stars are stored locally on the user’s device and are not transmitted by us to an external server.
Information processed by Google and its advertising partners is retained according to their respective privacy policies and retention practices. We do not control the retention periods applied independently by those third parties.
Users can remove locally stored game information by deleting the App. Advertising identifiers and permissions can be reset or changed through the device’s privacy settings where supported.
Block Break is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children.
We do not knowingly request a child’s real name, email address, contact details, or other directly identifying information. Players should use a nickname or the default player name rather than their real name.
If the App is offered to children or classified in a children’s category, additional restrictions may apply to advertising, personalization, and data processing. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact us using the details below.
Locally stored game information is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the device and operating system.
Advertising-related information is transmitted to and processed by Google and its advertising partners using their technical and organizational security measures. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, advertising configuration, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
