Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the My Precious application (the “App”), provided by Gry Rekreacyjne (“we,” “us,” or the “Controller”), handles user information.
The App does not require an account and does not collect personal data on servers.
To provide its game features, the App stores the following information locally on the device:
- the player name entered by the user;
- game results, including the selected jewelry type, rating, and score.
The player name may be a nickname. We recommend that users do not enter their full name or other identifying information.
The App may read the device’s language preferences solely to select the appropriate interface language. We do not transmit or store this information.
The player name and game results are stored only on the device using operating-system storage. They are used to display the player name and local high scores and to retain this information between App launches.
We do not receive this information, transmit it to our servers, or use it for profiling or advertising.
The App does not share user data with third parties. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics systems and does not track users across other apps or websites.
The operating-system provider or distribution platform may independently process technical information under its own privacy policy. Such processing is outside our control.
The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device resources.
Information remains on the device until it is replaced through use of the App or deleted together with the App and its data. Copies created by the operating system may be subject to the retention rules of the relevant backup provider.
To delete local information, uninstall the App. If the device offers an option to retain app data when offloading or uninstalling an app, select the option that also deletes its data.
The App is not designed to collect children’s personal data. All information used by the game remains locally on the device. Parents and guardians should ensure that a child uses a nickname instead of their real full name.
We limit information handling to what is necessary for the game to function. The security of locally stored information also depends on the device and operating-system safeguards. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping software up to date.
Because game information is not transmitted to us, we cannot access, review, correct, or delete it on a user’s behalf. Users can change the player name in the App or remove local information as described in Section 5.
We may update this Policy if the App’s features or legal requirements change. The updated version will state a new effective date and will be made available wherever this document is published.
For privacy-related questions, please contact the developer using the contact details or support link displayed on the App’s page in the store from which it was downloaded.
