This policy describes data processing when you use Block Break on Apple devices. The game does not require an account. It is not directed to children under 13.
The player name, score, level, and number of stars entered or earned by the user are stored only on the device to provide the local leaderboard. Gry Rekreacyjne does not receive this information or store it on its servers.
Local data remains on the device until the app’s data is erased or the app is uninstalled. You may use a nickname instead of your real name.
The iPhone and iPad version of the app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited and other Google entities). Depending on your region, privacy settings, and consent choices, Google and its partners may process:
This data may be used to deliver and personalize ads, limit ad frequency, measure effectiveness, prevent fraud, maintain security, diagnose issues, and perform analytics. The actual processing depends on your choices and Google’s service configuration.

The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather required consent information before making an advertising request. In applicable regions, you can consent, decline, or adjust processing purposes and partners.
Access to IDFA and tracking activity across other companies’ apps or websites takes place only after permission is granted through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Refusing permission does not prevent you from playing; it may result in non-personalized or limited ads.
When required by UMP, the hand icon above the advertising area lets you reopen privacy choices. ATT permission can also be changed in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, processing related to ad personalization, device storage, and tracking relies on consent where required. Essential technical processing, security, fraud prevention, and delivery of game functionality may rely on performance of a contract or legitimate interests, depending on the activity and applicable law.
Advertising data may be shared with Google and the advertising technology partners identified in the consent form. They may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, using legally required safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Local scores are retained until they are erased with the app’s data. Retention periods for information processed by Google and its partners are determined by those entities according to their policies, processing purposes, and legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and lodging a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Block Break is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken. Anyone who cannot legally provide the required consent in their country should use the app only with a guardian’s permission.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the app. Advertising service transmissions use secure connections provided by the operating system and service providers. No transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security.
We may update this policy when the app, advertising services, or applicable law changes. The current version will be published at the same address with a revised effective date.
