This Privacy Policy explains how "Gry Rekreacyjne" (“we”, “us”, or the “Controller”) processes information in connection with the "Animal Garden" game for iPhone and iPad (the “App”).

The App stores the following information on the device:
- the player name entered when saving a score;
- the score, level number, star count, and play duration;
- game progress;
- the selected language and sound and music preferences.
This information is used only for the local leaderboard, game progress, and preferences. Gry Rekreacyjne does not receive it or store it on its own servers. It remains on the device until the App or its data is deleted. Users should not enter information that identifies a particular individual as a player name.
The App displays banner advertisements through "Google AdMob", a service provided by Google LLC and its affiliates (“Google”). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information needed to deliver, secure, frequency-cap, personalize, and measure advertising, including:
- the IP address, used among other purposes to estimate the device's general location;
- device and app identifiers, including the IDFA advertising identifier if the user provides the required permission;
- device, operating system, App version, and network connection information;
- advertising data, including ad impressions and interactions;
- App usage and product interaction information;
- diagnostic information, performance data, and crash logs.
The information actually used depends on device settings, the user's region, privacy choices, and the type of advertising delivered. For further information, see:

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to display required privacy messages and record the user's choices.
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App may request consent to store information on the device and process data for personalized advertising, measurement, and other purposes described in the consent form. Refusing or withdrawing consent may result in non-personalized ads, limited ads, or technical ad delivery only.
If tracking under Apple's rules or access to IDFA is requested, the App displays the system App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) prompt. IDFA is available only when the user grants permission. Refusing permission does not prevent use of the game.
Users can:
- revise privacy choices through the “Ad privacy” button displayed in the App when required;
- change tracking permission in iOS/iPadOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
- limit ad personalization through the relevant Google account or device settings.
Information may be processed for the following purposes:
- operating the App and saving local game progress and preferences;
- displaying and personalizing advertisements;
- measuring advertising effectiveness and reporting;
- preventing fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
- maintaining the security, stability, and performance of services;
- complying with legal obligations.
Where required by law, processing for personalized advertising, access to information on the device, and tracking is based on the user's consent. In other circumstances, processing may be based on legitimate interests, necessity to provide a service, or a legal obligation, depending on the purpose, type of information, and applicable law.
Gry Rekreacyjne does not sell users' personal information. Advertising-related information may be processed by Google and the advertising technology providers identified in the UMP consent form. These providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence, subject to the legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards they apply.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or a duly authorized public authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the App or its users.
Locally stored game data remains on the device until the App or its data is deleted. Information processed by Google and other advertising providers is retained according to their policies, the user's settings, the selected processing purposes, and applicable law. Gry Rekreacyjne does not independently determine the retention periods for information held in Google's systems.
Depending on the user's location, the user may have rights to receive information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before it.

For information processed directly by Google, users may need to use Google's privacy tools or contact channels. Individuals in the EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the App and the information processed. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can provide absolute security.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App, advertising services, or legal requirements. The current version will be published at the URL shown on the App's App Store page. The latest update date appears at the beginning of this document.
